The sugar industry presents a significant challenge to the machinery used in the process, from the raw material to the packaging of the sugar. In most of these processes, various types of bearings are involved, which play a decisive role in the correct functioning of the equipment.

Considering that 95% of premature bearing failures are due to external agents, and a large part of this percentage is due to the factors we mentioned previously, FBC considered it necessary to take action and designed a completely sealed spherical roller bearing. This bearing does not require lubrication and is sealed with double-lip seals, which also protects it from moisture.
